About Me
My name is Erin Evans, and I am the founder and owner of The 4 Winds Travel Company. As an independent affiliate of Uniglobe Travel Center, I specialize in creating unforgettable travel experiences.
My passion for travel began in 1999 when I spent a semester studying abroad in Europe during my fourth year of architecture school. Since then, I have explored 21 countries and 49 states—Alaska is the only one I have left to visit! My favorite destinations include Greece, Italy, and Ireland, with Venice holding a special place in my heart.
Originally from California, I earned a degree in Architecture from Montana State University. Life has taken my family and me from California to Texas, and now we are happily settled in Charlotte, North Carolina, where we have lived for nearly eight years. Every summer, I am fortunate to spend a few weeks with my boys at my parent's home near Glacier National Park—a place that feels like a second home.
I am passionate about hiking, snorkeling, exploring historical sites, immersing myself in different cultures, and trying new foods and drinks. Travel has added so much richness to my life, and I am excited to share that joy with you.
Since I can't be on the road 24/7, I love to travel vicariously through my clients. I look forward to helping you plan your dream vacation and create memories that will last a lifetime.
